Orders placed between Mondays and Fridays will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery time depends on the method chosen at check-out. We ship worldwide, however we are not responsible for any additional fees international customers may have to pay. We offer free domestic shipping (Belgium) for all orders over €75 and free domestic returns.
If you choose the free option “pick up in store”, your order will be ready for pick-up in-store the next day. With this option, you do not qualify for free returns by postal service, however you still have 14 days to change your mind. In case of a return you have to come down to our store (with the original invoice) where you’ll be able to choose either an exchange or store credit. All sale items & accessories are final.
Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (with the original tag and packaging, unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it in. Gift cards, sale items, intimates or jewelry are non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a filled out return form (comes with your order).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, we will send you an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase (excluding the original shipping costs).
Please note: If the original purchase qualified for free shipping (domestic order over €75) and the return makes this less than €75, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your store credit refund. Articles not eligible for return
We do not accept returns of sale items, jewelry or intimates. We won't except these items and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) back to you.

If you are an international customer, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). International shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**Blaise Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information reports the package has been delivered to the address provided. Nor are we responsible for fees or custom charges related to international shipping. Please contact the shipping company used to recover any lost packages reported delivered using your tracking mail.
